Responsive websites and e-commerce platforms engineered for performance: fast load times, clean information architecture, and structured data search engines can read. We instrument every build so results are measurable after launch, and keep optimizing against them.
Corporate sites, landing pages, and full redesigns — responsive across every breakpoint, optimized for Core Web Vitals, and built on a content model your team can maintain.
Storefronts with catalogue, payment, and fulfilment workflows configured for self-service administration: product updates, pricing, and order management handled in house.
Site architecture, crawlability, indexation, schema markup, and page performance — the foundation that determines how effectively search engines can evaluate your content.
Optimization for location-based search intent: proximity signals, category configuration, and citation consistency across the directories that feed the map pack.
Profile configuration and continuing optimization — categories, service areas, attributes, and imagery aligned to the queries you want to appear for.
GA4 and Search Console configured against your objectives, with reporting that connects traffic and rankings to enquiries and revenue.
Organizations investing in their digital presence — a first website, a redesign on a modern stack, or an established site ready for a structured SEO program.
A 30-minute consultation covering your objectives, current platform, and the outcomes the site needs to produce.
A written statement of work setting out deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price for approval before anything begins.
Structured build with checkpoints at each stage, followed by handover, training, and a scheduled performance review.
Every engagement is quoted as a fixed-price scope. These are commonly delivered alongside a build and are quoted as individual line items, so the proposal reflects exactly what you are commissioning.
Every asset we create or configure is registered to your organization. You hold full ownership and administrative control from the outset.
Registered and held in your organization's own account, with administrative access under your control.
Design, code, and content assets transfer to you on final payment, together with full administrator access.
Copy, imagery, and brand materials remain your intellectual property throughout the engagement.
GA4, Search Console, and Google Business Profile provisioned under your organization's accounts.
Search performance compounds. Which band applies depends on your domain's existing authority and the competitiveness of the terms you are targeting.
Proximity and profile signals are configuration-driven — primary category, service areas, hours, and citation consistency. These take effect quickly once correctly set.
A site with existing crawl history and accrued authority responds faster, because the work removes constraints rather than building authority from zero.
A new domain starts without history or inbound links. Ahrefs' 2025 analysis found fewer than one in ten newly published pages reach the top ten within a year.
Close to three quarters of pages ranking in Google's top ten are more than three years old. These terms reward sustained content and authority development.
Scope determines price — a landing page and a multi-template e-commerce build are different engagements. Every project is quoted at a fixed price following the discovery call, so the figure is agreed before work begins.
Most marketing sites run several weeks from kickoff to launch, driven largely by content readiness. A timeline accompanies every proposal, with checkpoints at each stage.
Frequently, yes. Where the current platform is structurally sound we build on it. Where a rebuild delivers better long-term value, we present that analysis with the proposal so you can weigh both options against cost.
No. Google states publicly that no provider can guarantee a #1 ranking. What we commit to is a measurable program: documented changes, tracked movement, and reporting that connects ranking positions to enquiry volume.
It depends on your starting position. Profile and local optimization can move within weeks because those signals are configuration-driven. A new domain competing on broader commercial terms is a six-to-twelve-month program. The initial assessment identifies which applies.
Most clients supply subject-matter content, since you hold the domain expertise. Where copywriting is preferred as part of the engagement, we scope and quote it up front so it is planned into the timeline rather than added mid-project.
You do. The domain is registered to your organization, design and code transfer on final payment, and analytics and search properties are provisioned under your own accounts.
Under the AODA, Ontario organizations with 50 or more employees must meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA on public websites, in force since January 2021. Organizations with 20 or more employees file an accessibility compliance report, the next due 31 December 2026. Below that threshold the requirement does not apply, though the same standards materially improve usability and search performance, so we build to them by default.
Core Web Vitals: Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint under 200 milliseconds, and Cumulative Layout Shift under 0.1, assessed at the 75th percentile of real user traffic. We build and monitor against field data rather than synthetic scores.
It can, and URL changes are the usual cause. A complete redirect map from every legacy URL to its new destination is part of the launch process, and we monitor indexation and ranking movement through the transition.
Yes. You receive administrator access, training, and documentation covering routine content operations — editing copy, updating imagery, and publishing new pages. Managed content support is available where preferred.
