Privacy policy.

This policy explains what this website collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to reach us about it. It covers curzansolutions.ca. It does not cover systems we build or manage for clients, which are governed by the agreement with that client.

Effective 25 September 2026

What we collect.

Three things, and nothing else. We do not operate accounts, we do not run a customer database behind this site, and we do not buy or sell personal information.

What you send us

The contact form asks for your name and email, and optionally your phone number, company, industry, company size, timeline, which services interest you, and a short description of what you are looking to do. You choose what to put in it.

How the site is used

Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived. It is aggregate measurement, not an attempt to identify you personally.

Ordinary server records

Our host keeps standard request logs, including IP addresses, as part of running and protecting the site. This happens on any website and is not something we compile into profiles.

What we don't

No accounts, no passwords, and no payment details are collected on this site. There are no advertising networks and no cross-site tracking. We do not knowingly collect anything from children.

Why we collect it.

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to quote and deliver work
  • To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them
  • To keep the site available and defend it against abuse
  • To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to us as a business

Consent.

Submitting the contact form is your consent for us to use those details to respond. Continuing to browse is treated as consent to the analytics described here, which you can decline using the controls below. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, subject to any legal or contractual records we are required to keep.

Who else handles it.

We use three service providers to run this site. Each is bound by its own terms to process data on our behalf, and each operates in the United States — so information handled through this website is processed outside Canada and is subject to the laws of that country, including lawful access by its authorities.

Vercel

Hosts the site and runs the contact form endpoint. Holds the standard server logs described above.

Resend

Delivers the contact form to our inbox as an email. Your submission passes through their service; it is not stored in a database by us.

Google

Provides Google Analytics, and serves the typefaces this site uses. Loading those typefaces means Google receives your IP address even if you never interact with the site.

Nobody else

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers. If that ever changed we would say so here first and ask before doing it.

Cookies and how to opt out.

This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to tell repeat visits apart. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking here.

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site works without them
  • Install Google's official Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which stops measurement on every site
  • Use your browser's private or incognito mode, which discards cookies when you close it
  • Email us and we will tell you what we hold, or remove it

How long we keep it.

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we need them to respond and to keep ordinary business records, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. Event-level analytics data is held for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics property; Google's options for that data are 2 or 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically, though aggregate reporting may persist longer. Server logs are retained on our host's standard schedule.

Security, and your rights.

Safeguards

The site is served over HTTPS, a strict content security policy limits what may run on it, and enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the providers named above. No safeguard is absolute, and we will not claim otherwise.

Access and correction

Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to correct anything inaccurate. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Deletion

Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to retain it. We will tell you if that is the case and why.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy question, you can raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, which oversees the federal private-sector privacy law.

Contact and changes.

Privacy questions, access requests, and complaints go to info@curzansolutions.ca, which reaches the person accountable for privacy at Curzan Solutions Inc. If this policy changes we will update the effective date above; material changes will be noted on this page.
